The production process of Lovells springs utilizes the latest available technologies – the steel treatment temperature

is electronically and precisely controlled at every stage. Finally, each spring is

tested and powder-coated with a thick layer of paint.

Medium: 0-50 kg additional load (without equipment or light winch in the original bumper)

Heavy Duty: 51-100 kg additional load (steel bumper plus winch)
